Count your steps.

One, two, three, four,

five seems about right.

Little skip step to start running.

adjust your stride.

Hit the box with the right foot.

Lift off.

Twist.

Get your legs up.

Hit the mat with your right knee first, about head level.

keep lifting the legs.

tuck your head.

Don't let your arms flail.

Hit the mat on the floor with your shoulders and neck, right in the crack where it's up against the mat on the wall.

The mat on the floor slides away.

You hit the floor. Not hard, but enough to shake you up.

It looked pretty cool. Now do it again.

On a good day, you even land on your feet once in a while.
